Pre-launch · First meeting September 18, 2026

You're early.
That's the point.

Everyone tells you to get a seat at the table. Then they make you fly to it. FIRE brings the table to you instead: weekly webinars with industry leaders, a Monday update from Joelle, and the women who have already built what you're building. The first FIRE meeting is September 18, 2026.

"FIRE is the trusted ecosystem of women I needed on my entrepreneurial journey."

I kept meeting her. I am her.

The woman with the patent no one would fund. The founder with the idea that kept getting passed over. The inventor who was told to wait, shrink, or pivot — when really, she just needed the right room.

I built FIRE because that room didn't exist.

Because when just 4% of patents and 1.9% of venture funding go to women, the problem isn't the women — it's the ecosystem.

How joining works

Chosen, not purchased.

A community anyone can buy into is a directory. A community you are chosen for is a room. Approval is the gate here, not the credit card.

01

Join Spark

Free, instant, no card. You're in right away and the account is reviewed afterward.

02

Apply to upgrade

For Flame or Inferno, whenever you're ready. Free to apply.

Joelle reads it

Personally. Others may help review, but she has final say.

From a person, not an automated form letter.

Access unlocks on payment, once you're approved.

We bring the table to you.

A seat at the table has always meant a flight, a conference badge, or a network you were born into. We stopped asking women to travel to the table and started bringing it to them instead.

The Room

Every week,
more than one reason to show up.

Industry leaders run live webinars, and Joelle posts her own update every Monday. Each one carries its own distinct value, and each one is recorded. This is the product; everything else supports it.

The Library

101 documents,
written by women who've done it.

Guides, templates, calculators, and checklists across 11 categories, from incorporation and fundraising to intellectual property, suppliers, and contracts. Previewable in-browser, downloadable.

The Directory

A directory
that actually opens doors.

Searchable member profiles built around what each woman can help with and what she's working on, so introductions are real. Direct messaging for Flame members.

The Pods

Six women,
one sync a month.

Small group circles matched on stage and industry. Most platforms give you 1,200 strangers; a pod gives you six women who know what you're working on. Flame members join one or lead one.

+ Monthly

Live competition

The Pitch Competition. Every quarter, then every month.

Flame members enter free

A live monthly competition where members pitch in front of operators, investors, and press. Real stakes, real exposure, real introductions — not a pitch deck workshop.

Women-led companies raise just 1.9% of venture funding — not for lack of ideas, but for lack of the room. This is where FIRE moves that number: every month, women founders get the mic, the stage, and a direct line to the people who write the checks.

A note before you join.

It's time.

4% of patents. 1.9% of venture capital. Those numbers aren't just statistics. They represent thousands of brilliant women whose ideas never made it to market, whose inventions were never funded, whose voices were never amplified. Not because they lacked vision, but because they lacked a room.

I was looking for that room. I searched for a community of women who were building, inventing, pitching, failing, and trying again. A room with women who understood the particular kind of fire it takes to create something from nothing while the odds are stacked against you.

I couldn't find it.

So I built it.

That's why FIRE — Female Inventors & Rising Entrepreneurs — exists. Not as a networking group. Not as a support circle. But as a force. A MOVEMENT, and ECOSYSTEM of women who refuse to accept that the future of innovation and funding looked like the past.

You are here because you have an idea worth fighting for. Because you've felt the sting of being underestimated, underfunded, or overlooked…and you kept going anyway. Because somewhere inside you, there is a flame that hasn't gone out. But, you don't have to do it alone anymore.

We are here to fan it.

Together, we are going to move the needles. We are going to change those numbers. We are going to make sure the next generation of women inventors and founders doesn't have to search for a room, because we will have already built one.

Welcome to FIRE. You belong here.
