Pods

The room gets smaller, and that is the point.

A whole membership is a lot of people. Useful for a question you can post once, less useful when you want the same handful of women to remember what you told them last month.

So pods are small groups inside FIRE, each one built around something its members actually share. They run on their own, they keep their own conversation, and they are a Flame benefit.

How a pod works

01

Find one, or start one

Pods are small groups inside FIRE, each built around something specific: a stage you are at, a category you sell into, a problem you are all chewing on. Flame members can start one as easily as join one.

02

Some are open, some ask first

An open pod you simply join. An invite-only one you request a place in, and whoever runs it decides. Either way you are joining a room that already knows what it is for.

03

Then it is just the group

Each pod has its own chat and its own announcements, and it stays with the people in it. Nothing from inside a pod is published, indexed or visible from outside it.

There is no public list of pods, and there will not be one. Which pods exist, who is in them and what gets said inside stays with members. You will see the list once you are in.

Free to join, Flame by application

Start free, then apply.

Spark is free and gets you an account today. Flame is the paid tier that opens this part, and it is by application: Joelle reads every one herself and approves before anybody pays.
